Here's how to use it: hold the stiff end between your thumb and index finger, thread it between the archwire and tooth, slide the spongy floss gently up and down, and repeat on both sides. For dental bridges, insert the floss between teeth and move it back and forth to clean effectively.

Regular floss may not adequately clean these areas, making superfloss a beneficial alternative despite being more costly and requiring some adjustment. Proper oral hygiene, including flossing, brushing, and mouthwash, is essential for preventing bacterial buildup and maintaining dental health.
